Commissions TOS (terms of service) and my art portfolio
Hi, my name is roach, or Kc (kay-see). This is my page for both my commissions TOS and a portfolio for you all to look at! You can find me on TikTok, Youtube, and Twitch(and maybe more in the future)

Please note that this document will contain both physical AND digital artworks. The timeline for the physical artworks will be estimates as I don't always date them.
My Terms of Service
This is my terms of service for my commissions. If you have questions, please feel free to contact me via the discord account in my linktree above.
My prices are firm. Additional Fees may be applied (ex: extra poses, backgrounds not originally discussed, ect.) These extra fees will always be discussed before I ask for additional payment
Art pieces will be delivered digitally unless me and the client have discussed a physical commission
For any physical commissions, I will do my best to ship the product in a way to prevent any damages, although once mailed out, I unfortunately cannot account for any damage that may happen. (please message me if it does get damaged)
All commission progress will be displayed on my Trello board, which will be shared with the client upon confirmation of the commission. I will message via Discord to show the progress and see if any revisions are wanted
Revisions will not cost any extra fee UNLESS asked for changes when the piece is already/near finished. There is also no limit to the amount of revisions
Please pay me in USD
Please let me know if you are planning to use the commissioned artwork will be used for any sort of merchandise
Check messages with me as well as the Trello board. I will message you for confirmation on stages of the commissions, as well as answer any questions. If I fail to message you back, please give me time as I do have a life beyond the internet. On the chance I do not answer you, feel free to send more messages(do not spam though) as I may have been busy with college classes or work.
Under circumstances of: bullying, not responding to me, ANY sort of homophobia directed to me or anyone I am close to(or just being a terrible human being in general and I find out), I have the right to determine if I want to end the commission. If i end up ending the commission though, I will pay 50% back to you
DO NOT use my art, digital or not, within any sort of AI program. I do not condone the use of AI in artworks. If I find out that you have somehow put my art through AI, I will blacklist you from commissioning me and potentially more.
